SEAC Launches Referral Rewards Program for Commercial HVAC Clients in Melbourne Melbourne based SEAC Airconditioning Division has introduced its new Referral Rewards Program, designed to reward existing commercial and industrial clients for recommending their trusted HVAC services to others. The program targets businesses like offices, retail spaces, factories, schools, and multi-storey properties not currently using SEAC. It offers incentives for successful referrals that lead to completed and paid work. How it works Simply refer a new site by sharing SEAC’s contact details (1300 818 450 or enquiries@seac.com.au). The referred business must mention your name or company when they reach out. Once the job service call, maintenance, installation, major project, or ongoing contract is completed and invoiced, rewards are issued (typically within about 14 days). Rewards Standard jobs (e.g., service calls or basic maintenance): $100 Visa Gift Card for the referrer + $100 SEAC voucher for the new client. Larger referrals (ongoing maintenance contracts, major installations, or significant projects): $200 Visa Gift Card for the referrer + $200 SEAC voucher for the new client. SEAC wins Berwick Rotary Club Charity Golf Day
A fun day was had at Cardinia Beaconhills Golflinks club for the Rotary Club of Berwick Charity Golf Day. For the second year running SEAC teamed up with O’Brien Real Estate Pakenham to form an unbeatable team, winning the event for the second year in a row. The weather was perfect and all that attended had a great day, with all proceeds raised from the event going to the St John of God Hospital Berwick. Our team are looking forward to next years event.

Recently we attended the official opening of Belgrave Christian School’s multimillion dollar regional hospitality training centre. The Hills Trade Training Centre will be used to teach vocational educational and training classes in hospitality. The centre has been fitted out with a commercial kitchen and a 120 seat restaurant. SEAC were appointed to design, install and commission the climate controlled air conditioning system and the mechanical exhaust system for the commercial kitchen in the new centre. Our representatives enjoyed a lovely three course lunch prepared in the new facilities by the Belgrave Christian School students.

A great day was had by all at the Annual Clark First National Red Cross Charity Golf Tournament. SEAC for the second year running took out the team event with a nett score of 59, but with around $5000 dollars raised throughout the the day the Red Cross was the real winner!
